I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist here. She was extremely impatient and showed a complete lack of respect towards me as a patient. Her tone was rude and dismissive, making me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I came here expecting professional and compassionate service, but instead I felt ignored and undervalued. Dr Jackson is amazing. She listened and cared about what I wanted, but mostly when surgery came around she was kind and compassionate. Highly recommend her and this clinic!!
