Dr Jackson and Midwife/Nurse Narelle are both exceptional humans. They both made me feel at ease and helped guide me through an emotional journey. Both are very knowledgeable in their fields. I would highly recommend the team at Birds of Paradise to anyone struggling with fertility. These ladies get the job done, both passionate and proactive! Also, thankyou to the reception staff who were just as lovely and amazing! Almost 16 weeks pregnant today, thanks guys!
Great doc who really cares about her patients!
For years and years I have been dismissed by doctors and specialists about the possibility of having endometriosis. Upon seeking a second opinion for infertility treatment, Dr Liz was the first Doctor I felt actually heard every word I spoke and felt she cares. Fast forward just weeks later and I have surgery which confirmed my endometriosis concerns aswell as multiple other issues that most definitely impact our fertility outcomes. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The receptionist was impatient, her tone rude and very dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the start. When I saw the doctor, I was hoping for an open and understanding discussion about treatment options for my endometriosis. Instead, I felt dismissed and even a bit ashamed for expressing that I wasn’t comfortable taking hormone replacements or the pill. I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist here. She was extremely impatient and showed a complete lack of respect towards me as a patient. Her tone was rude and dismissive, making me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I came here expecting professional and compassionate service, but instead I felt ignored and undervalued.
