Birds Nest made the process of renting seamless. They were extremely professional, friendly and prompt in assisting me every step of the way and made the experience feel a lot more personal. The team at Birds Nest Properties responded quickly and efficiently when our stove broke down. They even provided a temporary hot plate, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants!
Our experience with Bird’s Nest Properties, and specifically their agent Belva, was rather disappointing. After submitting a full application along with additional documents she requested, we were left completely in the dark. She initially walked us through the building and gave the impression that things were moving forward, but then disappeared without any follow-up. UPDATE- 《 During the sale of my condo, Felicia was very helpful and supportive. Everything is organized and taken care of in a timely fashion. No complaints at all! 》 I've had a very smooth experience so far working with Caela and her team (Belva and Jeff)! They are professional and prompt with their responses. Would recommend to anyone looking for a property manager.
