The repairs team at Birds Nest is prompt and professional. Our stove was not working and they were quick in sending a technician to diagnose. They even delivered a temporary countertop burner which was not necessary but very much appreciated. The team at Birds Nest really cares, special thanks to Jeff and Aimee!
Terrible communication and lack of responsibility. A leak from one of their units affected mine, yet they refused to take proper action or cover the necessary inspection costs. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they were unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility. Extremely frustrating experience—would not recommend dealing with them.
The most professional property management company I've had the pleasure of working with. As a tenant, they were very responsive to my inquiries and concerns. They seem to look after owners very well by making sure their rental units are routinely inspected and kept well-maintained. Every single person I've been in contact with was kind, professional and efficient. Thank you, Birds Nest!
