Birds Nest Properties manages my property and i just wanted to say it’s been a really smooth experience. I didn’t have to stress about finding tenants or dealing with the back and forth, they handled everything. Not only that but they’re easy to communicate with and are always quick to respond when I have questions or concerns. Very straightforward and not complicated, which I appreciated! I’d use them again and would recommend them to other owners for sure.

I lived in a property managed directly by Bird’s Nest Property Management for one year and dealt primarily with Oscar. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. One of the main reasons we chose this unit was because it had HVAC and air conditioning. That was a major selling point for us and heavily influenced our decision to move in. Our experience with Birdsnest Property Management, specifically with our assigned agent, Oscar, was very poor and below the standard one would expect from a licensed property management company.
