I've been with Birds Nest renting out one of the properties they managed for the last few years. They are a great management company. I have had a few repairs over the years and they have always been responsive, prompt and fair. Whether they send a repair man or reimburse to help, I have had little issues. If I didn't need to downsize from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, I would have stayed for sure. Thanks Birds Nest!
