Such a compassionate, caring, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Love that all questions are answered by people who really love working with birds, fish, snakes, lizards and other creatures. Nice to be greeted each time we walk in to visit our baby Cockatiel daily for weeks. Feels like a field trip each time we go in to the shop. Staff always busting their butts hard working but never too busy to stop and ask if we need anything or help educate. Love this place!
Just wanted to say I purchased some rats from the feeder bin almost 3 years ago and they have been my faithful companions since. They both passed away last night after they each fought cancer. They were very loved. Thank you for providing me with my little buddies. Hopefully I'll be back soon for another pair to love!
