I have been a resident of Birdneck Village for 2 years .nice ,clean place for family and you will never regret shows this place .
I visited the property today and Jasmine was extremely attentive and helpful. She was willing to go above and beyond with touring multiple units. Not to mention she was very personable! I am pleased with her costume service.
I never expected that my stay at Birdneck Apts would be approaching ten years now. I'm a single retired guy who looked for value, location, and amenities as close to the oceanfront as possible. I can attest that you won't find a better staff from the Management to the Maintenace employees for the price in the 23451 area. BR
If you watch tv or listen to music you will have to use earbuds or headphones. Paper thin walls and floor/ceiling. If anyone complains about noise on you then you get warnings and in no time at all they threaten to kick you out. The complainers are always right in this place. You better pay your rent on time also. A few days late and they start charging you alot! No bugs and maintenance is really good, that’s the only positive I can say.
