Ellen is such a strong, competent, and knowledgeable therapist. Having a background in social work is also evident in the way that she empathizes and advocates for all her clients. I really appreciate her encouragement and understanding around the importance of finding a therapist who’s a good fit for one’s unique needs by offering a free 15 min consult. It makes the whole process of even starting counselling less daunting. Her warmth and compassion makes therapy an absolute breeze!
