Kristi not only makes amazing products, but she has excellent customer service as well. I bought a toque and a hat and had them delivered. They looked perfect and adorable. Unfortunately I realized I had spelt one of the names wrong (my fault!). When I asked Kristi if she could fix it, she said yes and even arranged for me to drop off at a house in my area instead of having to drive to Lively.
