Seem like very nice people, but I sent an item back that was malfunctioning 10 months ago and have no idea what is being done to fix/ replace the item. I have tried calling, emailing, and Facebook messaging several times. I received one "we're working on it" update but only after many tries to get in contact them. I understand some repairs take time, but wish they were more transparent with scope of work required or, if possible, just replace the item.

They are wonderful and have been great to work with. My first call for any parts needed on my 1924 Tudor.
Great people who know their stuff who own early Fords. Highly recommended. Family owned business.
