I would highly recommend Birdeye as they have helped me grow my business. They are always patient and helpful in teaching me regarding the tools they have to quickly respond to customers. They are a legit company!!
After 6 years of using birdeye we realized they had increased our rate by $600, and did not notify us, they just billed us. I'd been contemplating canceling our service over the last year so I contacted them figuring like any other honest company they would simply provide a pro-rated refund. (I contacted them 1 day after billing).
