The staff were very nice! However my sandwich and fries were disappointing. I ordered the caesar chicken sandwich and the parmesan crisp was stale and the chicken was very dry. The fries were soggy and tasted like they were warmed in a microwave. Unfortunately I wouldnt go again.
It’s nice they have gluten free options but the drive-thru is VERY slow. If you have plenty of time, give it a try, if you’re looking for a quick option, I’d recommend elsewhere

This place is hands down one of the best spots in Gilbert for chicken lovers. Birdcall has everything—amazing food, a beautiful setup, and a fun, laid-back vibe that makes you want to stay awhile.
