The Bird & The Bottle: A Santa Rosa Gem! As locals, we love Stark restaurants, and The Bird & The Bottle is a standout! Our recent meal was incredible. The fried miso cod is a "next level" take on fish and chips, and the chicken skin cracklings are unbelievably good (even our 3-year-old loved them!). We also savored the BBQ octopus, BBQ bone marrow, and a perfectly cooked skirt steak with fresh Brentwood corn. PRO'S: Bird & The Bottle is a wonderful place for small and large food plates with a varied wine program and great service. Our table of four ordered a wide array of dishes, all excellent. CON'S: None SUMMARY: We visited from out-of-state. As a local we would visit often.
The food was delicious. Had to work to get service.
