Staff was very nice but the practice felt a bit shady to be honest. First off, they gave me so many proposed dental care options for me that I didn't necessarily need (Invisalign, retainers, cavities etc) They also told me I had a cavity but didn't opt to show me on my x-rays (personally it felt very rushed). Previous dentists I've had are more conservative when doing cavities because enamel is always strongest (once it's filled the tooth will always be weaker). Very professional and a good value for the money. I had my first cavity filling at the process was quick, easy and painless. They also have a ton of imaging technology so they can show you exactly what they are seeing.
Bird Rock Dental is fantastic! From the front desk administrator, the dental assistants and the doctor, everyone is approachable, kind and knowledgeable. The flow of the patient’s experience is intentional and coordinated and they are timely. I felt comfortable (as much as you can be at a dentist) the whole time. Highly recommend!
Had a thorough examination today. Every thing went well and quickly.
