I brought my cat in for a suture removal appointment after her surgery in Texas. When I made the appointment, they never asked about medications, explained the procedure, or told me to give her gabapentin beforehand. I didn’t give it because I wasn’t sure if it was safe right before the procedure, but she was visibly anxious. They kept telling me “you should’ve given her gabapentin before arriving” like it was obvious, but it was never mentioned at all. Really great place to take your loved pets for check ups. Family owned and they make you feel cared for unlike other places. I brought my 9 year old golden retriever in to get a second opinion from another vet saying its an eye infection, to come find out it was something way deeper which they caught. Very sad news but Im glad they were the ones to tell me :(. Highly recommend

We cannot recommend this office enough!! Every single staff member goes above and beyond with kindness and empathy. We’ve been coming to them for years and as long as we have the option, it will be them forever!! The vets are so knowledgeable in such a large scope that we haven’t needed any specialists so far! And we only have special needs pets. They are so up front with pricing and they really do everything in their power to keep costs down as much as reasonably possible. I called this vet with a medical emergency for my dog while I was visiting from out of town and they squeezed us in 30 minutes later. By the time we arrived she was miraculously better so we don’t actually need to go through with the appointment. They were so kind and understanding and even let me take my dog for a walk around the block before making a decision on whether we should proceed with the appointment or not.
