The staff is very helpful and they are very nice. I'm glad to know my sunni will be taken good care of when I'm on vacation
I find the people that works there very friendly and they know their birds! When I first got my hand fed Lovebird there, the sales person set up the cage exactly as it should be for the bird to be comfortable living in it. I recently ordered some food and toys but the toy wasn't in the box. I called them and the person told me that they'll send it via first class mail but it didn't come.
