Hope to make the journey to the physical store one of these days but have made MANY online orders through them and everything ships quickly, has been packed well, and is of good quality. They give out nice coupon codes on their email list and have good sales on their site if you watch for them. :)

I ordered a cage, a java tree and some toys. They were delivered very fast and in perfect condition. This store has the best customer service I have ever worked with. They have been helpful, prompt, kind and caring. It's very obvious customer satisfaction is a top priority! I will be shopping here a lot!

Great store with great products for birds!!! I have been shopping there for several years now, and the bird food is so fresh. My cockatiel cannot wait to eat it!
Bird Paradise has a lot of expired foods & foods with moths & worms in it. You have to freeze their gourmet bird foods because within a week or so you will notice moths in their food for birds. Then you will start to see moths flying around your home & worms reproducing more moths. Also I had a ****** ******** we got from Bird Paradise that was a picky eater n I was always trying to get her to eat as time went on she started to deteriorate. We took her to avian veterinarian and was informed that she had ******** wasting dise... read more
Bought a cockatiel from there, they talked me into buying an expensive cage for it that it NEEDED for that type of bird. Hundreds of dollars later and a couple months it died. After spending all that money on the bird and all of the necessities that we talked into buying by the associates that the bird needed for a healthy life, a huge cage for a small bird? What was I thinking listening to them. But I did and lost a lot of money!!
