The staff was very friendly, and the office was clean and comfortable, but… I told them I had a dental emergency and needed some work done asap. They told me I could come in that very same day, which led me to believe they could get the work done quickly. After paying out of pocket for an exam, I’m told they’re booked for the next 2 months. I made it clear that my issue was urgent. If they knew they couldn’t get the work done for 2 months, why didn’t they just tell me that in the first place? Excellent service. Very professional, very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Bird was very good at explaining to me my diagnosis and gave me options on how to proceed. On a plus note, they have great music there! :D
