In the 2 years I have been here, prices have increased over $100. I received a notice, again, stating my rent was going up to $242. per month. When I logged on to pay, it said $274.00. When I called to inquire, I was told the add one, insurance, etc, was above the bill price. It has always been included in the monthly rental price. I see some glowing reviews for the Bird in Hand facility and I feel disappointed that I’ve had quite the opposite experience! I had nothing but problems from day one. I could list all the problems I’ve had but I’ll highlight my last problem. As I went to pay my 7th month bill, I sign into my account to see that my payment of $79.50/mo. was now $165! Storage Sense -Bird in Hand was a top-notch storage experience for us with our RV! We experienced a medical emergency when camping in the Lancaster area and unexpectedly needed an immediate place to store our camper. Impossible to get in contact with management for support - once I did (after a month and a half, and six + messages) my issues were disregarded and left unresolved. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get a proper access code. There were other issues, but had no expectations of reaching a resolution after said lack of communication experiences, so I went elsewhere. I hoped for convenience and was left with a headache, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
