In the 2 years I have been here, prices have increased over $100. I received a notice, again, stating my rent was going up to $242. per month. When I logged on to pay, it said $274.00. When I called to inquire, I was told the add one, insurance, etc, was above the bill price. It has always been included in the monthly rental price. I see some glowing reviews for the Bird in Hand facility and I feel disappointed that I’ve had quite the opposite experience! I had nothing but problems from day one. I could list all the problems I’ve had but I’ll highlight my last problem. As I went to pay my 7th month bill, I sign into my account to see that my payment of $79.50/mo. was now $165!
