I was a customer for a few years but I’m ending my time renting from this company because the service was hit or miss, their website hasn’t been working properly for months (making bill pay difficult), and (most importantly) they’re constantly hiking up the price. In the 2 years I have been here, prices have increased over $100. I received a notice, again, stating my rent was going up to $242. per month. When I logged on to pay, it said $274.00. When I called to inquire, I was told the add one, insurance, etc, was above the bill price. It has always been included in the monthly rental price. I am contacting an attorney, andovingy things promptly. Please be careful with this place.
