Some of the staff working at Bird are a perfect example of why some people simply SHOULD NOT WORK in healthcare. Unfortunately, I got the impression that some employees do not take their jobs or their patients’ health seriously. Sometimes the doctors don't treat you like you're stupid. Not Nancy Peneff though. She treated me like an insolent child throughout the whole appointment while telling me that my problems weren't really that serious when I can't even function and my liver enzymes are higher than all hell (114/110) when I don't drink or do drugs, you tell me if that's normal.
