Very inviting and I was very quick to be seen. I’ve called 4 eye doctors and none of them would see emergency patients.

The staff at the Outer Lane location is stealing money from the business and billing people 2 years later stating co-pay was never paid. Which is completely a lie since you can’t even see the doctor prior to paying for the cost and co-pay. I paid cash and obviously the staff pocketed the fee and I received a bill 2 whole years later stating I owe a fee. I called the billing department and the representative was so rude and did not even want to help. AVOID at all costs!!!

Dr. Bird did nothing to help me. I was referred to his office to assist with an enlarged sty and he prolonged my treatment. When he finally acknowledged my condition, 3 visits later, he suggested a referral to another doctor. He led me to believe that he does this type of surgery. O was highly upset. When I went to the receptionist, she couldn't find a specialist close to me, so she said she would call me with a reference. It has been over a week and they have yet to call.
