Great! We highly recommed Bird Dog. Russ did a complete and thorough inspection of our house top to bottom. He is very knowledgeable of all construction and mechanicals in a home. When complete he explained his findings and gave us a detailed report. His factual and unbiased report gave us piece of mind as to conditions and any concerns of which we should be aware.
Russell is extremely thorough. We received a 96 page report full of pictures and explanations. He uncovered all kinds of problems, from minor to serious. He answers emails quickly and is very responsive.
Russ is fantastic! Extremely professional and very detail oriented. He provides pictures of the things he references in his report and the report enables buys to easily produce a request list of items to be fixed. I highly highly recommend him!
Outstanding inspection report. Russ went to the house during a snowstorm and was still able to give me a thorough inspection. I was not able to attend due to Covid and weather. He included numerous photographs and explanations. The house had foundation problems, so he included comprehensive pictures of how the foundation works and can be damaged by moisture and freezing. He is also very attentive to email answering all questions promptly. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Russ provided a very thorough and detailed inspection report for us. So glad we chose him to work with, especially during the COVID-19 times. He was personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and informative. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
