The Dailey Method is not just a place to exercise it is a place that brings together community and health and supports small businesses whenever possible. TDM changed my health permanently over the years and introduced me to people I may not have otherwise known and now see all the time outside of class. This program is great for ANY body type and level of exercise from students to grandmothers and I have personally witnessed that all our welcome at this studio.
