I have always loved this bakery since I first moved to SA in 2016. The food and baked goods have always been great, as was my experience with the staff. That is, until the past week and a half - I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone to coordinate hosting my daughter’s first birthday there and I have yet to get anyone to contact me back. I’m so frustrated and have now run out of time. I will not likely return to Bird.
Tried this place for the 2nd time. We got the walnut brownie and the GF version. Walnut brownie was extremely dry but the latte and GF brownie were really good.
Best cake and cupcakes and cookies around I tried the egg salad sandwich for the first time yesterday and have to say that was pretty amazing I live in Corpus Christi and every time I'm in San Antonio it's my must stop

Bird Bakery is a yearly stop for me. A dozen cupcakes everytime. Absolutely delicious. The cranberry oatmeal cookie is amazing. Next year I plan on trying the lunch items.
I had not been to Bird Bakery in awhile. Called in my order for cupcakes to go. Picked them up. Gave my friend her cupcakes as a gift. Took mine home. When I opened the box I was surprised to find that the cupcakes are now smaller. I love their cupcakes but was very disappointed to now see they have reduced the size. Asked my friend if she noticed the size reduction. She said “Yes.” Just didn’t make me very happy to see this happen. I love the cupcakes but am submitting four stars because of the now smaller size. I received my jams and some other goodies yesterday. That jam is delicious!!! I tried and love all three that I had ordered (blackberry jalapeno, peach, and strawberry), but I think my fave is the blackberry jalapeno. It is the BOMB! So uniquely amazing! My brownies and cookies are scrumptious! Still so fresh after being shipped from San Antonio to Hernando, MS. Loved them! Thanks! I'll be ordering more soon.
