Just like any hospital or psychiatrist they didn't do anything and charged me over 600 dollars for about 6 sessions. Save your money, don't do pharma they are all paid off.
Laura Howe is an amazing practitioner. She genuinely cares about her patients and is so knowledgeable. Birchwood is very lucky to have. I hands down trust my care with her over psychiatrists I’ve been to. Front desk staff has always been pleasant and helpful as well. Highly recommend.
Rude and unprofessional. Angry counselors demanding money during sessions. Poor communication, they made false accusations to patient about payment. Never sent a bill, email, letter.. Nothing. Refused to see patient after a report of a serious mental health crisis. Front desk is disorganized which lead to a non payment issue and the counselor shoved it onto the patient refusing to provide treatment.
I have loved working with Kelly at Birchwood. She does great with our daughter that has ADHD and ASD!
Love the providers and front desk staff! They’ve all helped me when I was at my lowest, and did so with compassion and empathy. There were, and continue to be, a lot of dark days and they’re always there to support me.
