I've been living at Birchwood Villa for two years and I love it. I've never had a problem with management. I've had two maintenance requests that were both addressed and fixed with in a few hours of letting them know about it. The complex does quarterly checks to insure the residents are keeping the apartments clean, change air filters and inspect for any sign of pests. They also do quarterly preventive treatment for pests. I've never seen any sign of pests and often talk to my neighbors about how much we love living at Birc... read more
I moved in Birchwood villas a year ago and moved out a month early before my lease was up but I paid the full month in the full deposit when I moved out everything was clean I never did get my deposit back she's very mean you cannot talk about God in front of her she's against God the manager and the office also smokes in her apartment you can smell it all over her clothes when she opens her door on the second floor you can smell it but she has the nerves to tell everyone else they cannot smoke in their apartments looks good... read more
