Nice to see the fencing around the building removed. But they really need to clean the outside of the building. Like spray wash it or paint it. Looks moldy and old. Rusty balconies maybe replaced. But for the people who are back happy for you all.
Affordable price for large suites & heated underground parking available. Staff have been helpful & great to work with. The building repair in May 2024 was unforeseen. Lakewood did an excellent job informing the tenants in a challenging situation. They paid back security deposit & set amounts for loss of food & moving out expense. This building will be repaired properly and be a great place to live again!
Currently shut down due "structural damage"
