My mother arrived here today to finish out her final days. As soon as we arrived the staff had been so kind compassionate and professional. Thank you all for making this difficult time not so difficult.
I'm not sure what we would do without the loving awesome care my brother Sheldon Wilkinson has received from Arbors fantastic staff love you all
The staff is caring and check the residents on the hour. My mother is dressed every day and taken to the dining room, church services in the building chapel, and to various activities on the property. The place is kept clean inside and outside. The properly has free parking and is located close to the freeway.

Do not send your loved ones to Birchwood Senior Living. They are a slimy, money-loving, company who doesnt deserve any business and should be reported to the BBB.
My family would like to thank the staff at Birchwood Senior Living in Forest Lake for the loving care given to my grandmother before she passed away. The attention and devotion that was given to her was such a blessing to her and our entire family. She considered Birchwood her home, and the staff and residents part of her family.
