Was at Birchwood this afternoon don't know if I will ever come back. After sitting at the bar for morw than 20 minutes waiting for some attention from the bartender and waitress who apparently felt there was only one side of bar they had to pay attention to, we left. Went to a bar nearby, finding that several of the customers had the same experience at Birchwood today. Was so disappointed in the service at Birchwood
I love going to this bar! The staff is awesome and always so fun and attentive. This family owned and operated business treats everyone like one of their own. We always get great service and everything is always delicious😃 I’d recommend it as a must stop when in the Rhinelander area.
Did I say slow service, more like no service! Left after not being waited on for 20 minutes! Evidently the bartender can only handle half the bar! Won’t go back
You always feel welcome at the Birchwood. Food is amazing and the people so friendly.

Best pizza around: order “Don’s Kitchen Sink”. You won’t regret it. And their sandwiches are great too!
