Birchwood Pointe is an excellent property. Both the office and maintenance staff are friendly and incredibly responsive. The property is clean, quiet, and safe. It is very fairly priced and well maintained. 5/5

I lived at Birchwood Pointe and loved everything there, have recently been able to reapply and hope to soon return. The grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained, the maintenance team is quick to resolve any issues, and always very helpful. The leasing office team are always warm, welcoming, and encourage all feedback to help in maintaining the appearance and condition of the property. I truly enjoyed the two years I spent living at Birchwood Pointe. It was a wonderful place to call home, and my apartment was the perfect fit for my needs. Throughout my time there, I was consistently impressed by how well the property and grounds were maintained. The community was always clean, attractive, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed living at Birchwood Pointe Apartments. The ability to have an attached garage as well as main floor laundry, was a big selling point for me. The property manager and maintenance staff were always quick about maintenance requests. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Very clean and spacious. They do need to shovel more other than that it's a wonderful place to visit
