I’ve truly enjoyed my time living at Birchwood Pointe Apartments. I have nothing but good things to say about the current staff/property manager. Any maintenance requested has always been taken care of in a timely manner. Every apartment has a garage and main floor laundry, these are two of the big reasons that we were originally looking to and now continue to live here. This has been one of the nicer apartments that I’ve lived in! I wanted to leave a positive review for the maintenance team- they were very responsive and fixed my broken garage door much faster than I could have anticipated!

When you move in make sure your write every little thing down on the checklist. No pictures to prove the high traffic areas were bad. I didn't write down the high traffic areas weren't good when I moved in, they decided to take money away from my security deposit. Someone from Birchwood needs to do a walk through with the tenants to do the inventory list. It's a rental they all aren't super clean and was definitely out of date.

This place may seem like a great place to live, but it is NOT the case!.. My unit upon move-in day… I was very excited when I was signing the papers, I just wish I seen my unit beforehand. The carpet was very wrinkly, torn up, & reeked of cat urine. Torn up screens, allowing bugs inside. There was a cigarette burn on the kitchen counter. The bath water drained within minutes & hot water was limited. Overall, not worth what I was paying for in rent. The only upsides was the abundance of natural light & friendly neighbors.
