This has been one of the nicer apartments that I’ve lived in! I wanted to leave a positive review for the maintenance team- they were very responsive and fixed my broken garage door much faster than I could have anticipated!
When you move in make sure your write every little thing down on the checklist. No pictures to prove the high traffic areas were bad. I didn't write down the high traffic areas weren't good when I moved in, they decided to take money away from my security deposit. Someone from Birchwood needs to do a walk through with the tenants to do the inventory list. It's a rental they all aren't super clean and was definitely out of date.
This place may seem like a great place to live, but it is NOT the case!.. My unit upon move-in day… I was very excited when I was signing the papers, I just wish I seen my unit beforehand. The carpet was very wrinkly, torn up, & reeked of cat urine. Torn up screens, allowing bugs inside. There was a cigarette burn on the kitchen counter.
