I’ve been with Dr. Winogrodzka for about 17 years she had a rough patch with bad staff but since Shelly arrived it’s been great. Ladies keep up the good work. I for one can’t complain. Since Shelly left, the staff is very unreliable. I need to find a new family doctor after 20 years. I made an appointment for a phone visit in a week advance. My family doctor never called me. I called the office again, the receptionist excuse was that I wasn’t scheduled, they are to busy. COVID or not, this is very unprofessional. Obviously the patients are not making this appointments just for a chitchat. Sorry to leave a great doctor behind.
