The room was nice, but we felt it was overpriced. Especially for September when things were shut down or shut down earlier. Very disappointed the hot tub and pool were closed at 8 pm! The front desk staff and housekeeping were SO SO incredibly friendly and helpful (both check in and check out). We were able to park our motorcycle under the awning due to rain coming. Great location!
Birchwood Lodge is a great value, just off the main strip in Sister Bay. Sister Bay's attractions are easily walkable from the hotel, however, get ready for a workout walking up the steep hill on the way back! Rooms were nice, absolutely loved the shower! Rooms had amenities, such as whirlpool tub, refrigerator, microwave, fireplace, and balcony. There's plenty of parking in the lot behind the hotel. We had a great stay at the Birchwood. Our room was so clean, along with the whole facility. The indoor pool area and game room were great especially for the kids but really for our whole family. We had a beautiful view of the bay w a spacious balcony. Honestly we had everything we needed, was a great location, could walk to everything we needed even the grocery store- would highly recommend and will for sure be back! Thank you to the staff for giving us a beautiful place to stay!
The staff was attentive and do welcoming Everything was immaculate!!! Lots to do for kids, indoor outdoor pool, game room and playground! We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!!!
