Very impressed with the customer service from Justin. He even helped check if a large dog cage would fit behind the rear seats. Then sorted out a Sportage better than the one I missed due to not leaving a deposit. Great dealership, lots of friendly faces. Would recommend Birchwood Kia. Thanks to you all.
Went it to look at purchasing a kv9 or kv6. Waited 20 minutes and no one came to speak to us. Purchased a Santa Fe instead.

Had an amazing experience with Harry Welsby today at Kia. Purchased a Kia Niro EV 4 at the Chichester branch. Paid a deposit over the phone, and Harry kindly reserved the car, got it valeted, polished, MOT’d, and serviced prior to my arrival. When we arrived, he completed the paperwork and taxed the vehicle, even providing us with driveway insurance.
