I would never build with Birchwood, Woodland, or Pinecrest Homes (all the same company). Their construction quality is very poor and they have the worst customer service I’ve seen. The owner (Jerry Torczon) refuses to speak to customers. We have also worked with 4 different superintendents since our house was started over a year ago and each one gives us different answers and forgets to followup on issues.
