RecommendedI was worried about downsizing after 30 years, but as soon as I moved into my 2 bedroom co-op, I knew I had made the right decision. The complex is immaculate with beautifully kept grounds and I can’t say enough about the friendly, professional, and accommodating staff! As a real estate agent, I’m always looking to bring in good neighbors!
things don't change. same people on the board for years. they don't let new blood onboard. Go to meetings, make suggestions, nothing is done. the maintenance has gone up for the past 4 years plus. if we had people who knew finance on the board, maybe we would not be in this predicament
The Christmas tree lighting was great. it was so nice to see how many people turned up for the event. My favorite part was the golf cart sleigh. Good job!!
Every year another maintenance increase. This place has one of the highest maintenance fees in Suffolk... and it's still falling apart. Save your money, DO NOT PURCHASE A UNIT IN HERE!
I loved it when i was there and im looking to get back. let me know if ground floor 1 or 2 bd room opens up. we would love to part of the community again.

Have lived here over 13 years. Love it! Wonderful place for a single woman that wants very little maintenance. Well maintained great neighbors, close to everything! Great value
There really has to be a better way to manage snow. Living here for 32 years. It has never improved. Cars are plowed in with snow packed in tight from the plows ..creating tall and deep walls. Walkways uncleared. It's unsafe. It's physically exhausting. It really needs to be managed better.
