You DO NOT want to live here! They cant keep a resident manager, they dont address neighbor issues, the other residents take no pride in their community and the place is trashy.
The space is nice but the problems weve experienced here is not worth it. I highly recommend not living here. We hated it after a couple of days. There is a reason why the rent is so cheap and you're paying for it by the lack of respect you get living here.The very first night we heard our neighbors fighting very clearly, then hours later we heard them making up! Very well maintained place. Manager takes good care of the place and its tenants. Wouldhighly recommend. Apartments are very cozy and have a lot of storage space in them
I have lived in Mill Park Townhomes for about a year and I love the area, the price is just right and I love parchment schools. the only thing I would suggest is to make sure you lock your bikes up when your done with them, there has been some issues there but our back year is the schools field. the maintance men or on top of things and very friendly. good job guys:)
