Overall very unimpressed. I've been a patient here since bristol park came to Newport, I was a former patient of Birchwood dental for literally my entire life. I've never had a poor experience in the actual office itself. No one has ever stated any issues we've had or anything. But for months now my daughter's father and I have been trying to get my daughter and myself scheduled for just basic dental appointments because we are now both overdue and for months. No problem with my latest cavity.
They don’t know how to schedule you can expect to be in 15 minutes after and once in the room another 20 to 30 if you having nothing to do during the day or you can cancel your next hour or two just to wait it would be a good spot for you! The reception is good for the most part the rest is a one star experience!
