This office use to be under Birchwood Dental, Dr Holdaway. They are now Desert Rose and do not accept medicaid patients. They commit fraud against medicaid in billing for services not rendered. I will be turning them in for the fraud. My children's' medicaid was billed improperly to receive money for services not completed. I hope the other families can get the help they need in these situations. Not all can do out of pocket if they are on low income. Do not trust this office.

Great people who helped my dad put back his bridge. Dr. Holdaway was meticulous and had the patience of a saint. His front desk person (Jessica) was super helpful, too. Can’t forget Hanna (dental hygienist) who helped as well. Thank you all for helping dad. We really appreciate you. I will be back for my own dental needs.
