I worked for Laura as an Assistant Director and from the get-go, Laura was disorganized, disingenuous, and mean-spirited. She does not lay out her expectations clearly and had me take on-call within two weeks of taking this position. She does not know how to properly train management or caregivers. This is not a good place to put your family i worked there for years and got treated like Trash all I can say keep your eyes open to your family members if u have any in that place just pop up sometimes don’t call just go

Birchwood has been such a blessing to our family! This has been our grandma’s new home for the past year now since we moved her to Minnesota. They keep her active with fun community activities, are always helpful when scheduling visits and virtual calls, and the staff are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. This team goes above and beyond for their residents everyday!
