They were very beautiful homes. The lady who was in charge allowed us to have a look although informed us that the houses were age restricted and that another community was being built at a nearby location. Place is a bit barren but looks to be in the process of developing
Great community and amenities. Beautiful homes. I don’t get the “For Brambleton and Birchwood Residents only” signs around the pond and the gates. Like who are they trying to keep out? You can literally walk right around them too. The paths around the pond are crowded though and the only other place to walk through the paths in the woods are I paved and hard to navigate. The community is still developing so I’d like to see what they have in store but my recommendation for Birchwood would just be “more.”
