Absolutely recommend! Was referred to Birchwood for my 2016 silverado for a blowen transmission. First big issue with a vehicle I elected to do a replacement. I'm glad I was recommend, Jeff was amazing and honest throughout the whole repair. In today's world finding a new shop that you trust can be hard. I absolutely will be bring my vehicle back and will be recommending Birchwood Auto to anyone who asks if I know a good mechanic.
I’ve been coming to Jeff since April of this year and I’ve had a GREAT experience every time. He’s always willing to fit you in when he can and he’s always communicative with you about what’s going on with my car. He has a customer for life from me anyway.
