Great group of guys, nice family owned business, and they truly care about their customers. What's most impressive to me is their honesty. Honest pricing, honest on what repairs need to be done and when, no upselling, and overall just quality, educated, experienced and true mechanics. We've been very pleased with Birchwood Auto. Small family owned feeling, at prices we can afford! We tried some other car shops in the area and couldn't afford them. We decided to give Birchwood a try and we're very pleased with our first repair done there. Later on when our car broke down we knew right away we were going to have it towed to them.
