Really nice people, who know what they're doing. One of the most affordable places to get the important stuff worked on I've ever been to. No pressure, no rush, just patient and professional. Saved our vacation just in time! Thanks for being so awesome! We will be back for oil changes!
This is the shop to bring your vehicle too. I’ve used them in the past, and had to use a different shop in an emergency situation, but went back, and they still are top of their game. They are very accommodating, incredibly nice, and the prices are much less than other local shops. Thank you Jeff, for having an honest shop, and for the great prices.
Absolutely recommend! Was referred to Birchwood for my 2016 silverado for a blowen transmission. First big issue with a vehicle I elected to do a replacement. I'm glad I was recommend, Jeff was amazing and honest throughout the whole repair. In today's world finding a new shop that you trust can be hard. I absolutely will be bring my vehicle back and will be recommending Birchwood Auto to anyone who asks if I know a good mechanic.
I’ve been coming to Jeff since April of this year and I’ve had a GREAT experience every time. He’s always willing to fit you in when he can and he’s always communicative with you about what’s going on with my car. He has a customer for life from me anyway.
