After living here for almost 3 years I can confidently say this was a great place to live especially coming from up north. The process was simple from the signing of the lease to getting everything set up, property management was very responsive and on top of everything (and I mean everything, they know it all) maintenance was always quick and it was easy to monitor the status of all requests with updates every step of the way. Lived here almost 3 years and was pleased with the experience. It was so close to everything making it a very convenient location. I can only say good things about the maintenance team who are very quick to respond to our requests. Courtney was responsive to any questions or concerns we may have and a special shout out to Shivonne for always having a great and pleasant attitude everytime I go to the leasing office.

BEST experience ever with any apartment in Richmond Va , Shivonne and Courtney made it the smoothest transition from moving out of state to Va! Every call and email was responded to within a timely manner and once we arrived was greeted by a welcome home sign! Would recommend this place to anyone !
