Very smart layout I toured with Kaitlyn the Springhill model. The layout of the apartment is smart. A lot of storage space. The guest room has a beautiful window. I love that there's a sunroom. She was very professional. The model home looked great. The apartment prices are more than fair especially for the sq footage. The area is well maintained and it looks to be a very safe neighborhood surrounded by a lot of stores.
