The actual monthly cost is much higher than what you are told during your initial visit. When you first visit the property and ask about the price, they give you a base rent and explain some of the expected costs. However, once you actually move in and start receiving your monthly bills, you discover additional charges that were not clearly disclosed upfront, including community electricity and two separate trash charges.
