Birchwood Apartments in *********, ** stole my $25 and refused to refund it. I did apply for an apartment online around March 27 th and paid their filing fee with my Discover credit card. I then reaf former tenant reviews on their experience living their. The living conditions are NOT acceptable for a pet, long less a person. I called and cancelled my application the same day as I filed it. They didn't conduct any background investigation yet stole my money. I filed a dispute on Aril 8th with Discover and lost it today. The neighborhood, i.e. streets & surrounding areas are nice, but everything else with in the apartment needs major work. I am a newly moved in tenant, moved in 2 weeks ago. I moved from The Fields One Center, formerly known as Bridgekroft and I feel that Birchwood is no better than the previous ones that I was in. I was pressured to move in by the 16th or else they couldn't hold the apartment. Then when I do get there to move in on the 16th I couldn't get my keys until I paid... Continue Reading

I would not recommend ANYONE to move here. They are very unprofessional. Just awful!!!
