Peaceful neighborhood.. fantastic service
Good fair pricing. Clean . Pet friendly, maintenance is very speedy at responding and or fixing issues. Easy payment, heat and water and garbage included. Would definitely like to be here for a few more years since it's affordable and close to comstock and work for me. Big yard, multiple fire pits, basketball hoop. Quarter operated washer and dryer although the dryer seems to be a waste of a dollar twenty five. But can wash cheaply and hang dry. Peaceful and nice neighbors.
Not bad priced or located.
