Rented for them for a year while I was between places until me and the wife could combine households. Fantastic service maintenance wise if anything was wrong, it was fixed within 48 hours. Great experience renting from them start to finish and actually chose to go to their property in Waupaca when households combined.
I'm staying here for work and so far I absolutely love these apartments. They're clean, quiet and feels perfect for a home.
