I have lived at Birch View Apartments for about 2.5 years. I have had an overall good experience, although parking can be difficult at times. And to oppose the other review, kids are allowed to play outside in the playground area. And I agree that chalk should not be allowed, it defaces the property and maybe others dont want chalk on their side walk area. For the money, this apartment complex is great!
THE BIRCHVIEW APTS. ARE THE WORST TO LIVE IN THE PEOPLE DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE PLACE THERE ARE BROKE DOWN CARS THAT HAVE BEEN PARKED THERE FOR A LONG TIME, YOUNG KIDS WHO PLAY THERE STEREOS REALLY LOUD, AND MOST IMPORTANT, THE KIDS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RIDE THEIR BIKES, PLAY WITH AND CHALK, CANT PLAY IN THE YARD, SO IF YOU WANT YOUR KIDS LIVIN A PRISION BIRCHVIEW IS RIGHT FOR YOU. ALSON YOU CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF THE GIRL WHO RUNS THE PLACE JUST AWFULL
