I am a long time patient of Birchtree all the way back over 40 years when Dr Tom Durcan was there. I remember how sad we were when he retired as felt he was so hard to replace (which he was) but the original three doctors that took over the practice were amazing and we felt (knew) we were in good hands right away. Dr.Jessica Johnson is our main doctor and she is so knowledgeable, so compassionate and never makes you feel rushed and takes whatever time is needed for you. Nice and friendly staff
Receptionists are not very nice or helpful
Staff are friendly and it seems like it's all run efficiently so you're wait time is minimal. I don't think I've ever waited more than a few min from my appointment time to see my doctor. Dy. Yang is very knowledgeable, understanding, easy to talk to. Good place overall!
