I used Birchtree a few years ago to renovate my galley kitchen. They made mistakes at every stage that resulted in significant delays. I understand that issues can arise but each mistake was the result of poor oversight, laziness and negligence. I am now renovating my bathrooms and learned that they cut through my wall to make my refrigerator flush, which as a result cut into my bathroom and has caused a number of plumbing and potential safety issues. My new kitchen and pantry storage is unbelievable! It was so easy working with Michael and Carmela on my new obsession and hoping to work with them again on a vacation home. Quality is great for the price! Recommend!
