their secretary is the worst! no customer service skills whatsoever. When I called she just said «hello?» I had to ask if I was calling the clinic to which she said yes in a condescending tone. When you call any receptionist they should confirm who you’re calling. Secondly, I booked an appointment with her only to have her not answer the day of and the door was locked. Best clinic!! Staff was super friendly and well organized. Very accommodating to my busy work schedule. Best Massage ever!! I will be coming back again!!

So thankful for the team at Birchmount Health and Wellness! They all work together to help me create a plan to get on track to heal. The RMT & Chiro have provided me so much pain relief!
