I would give 0 stars if we could. They rented us 9 brooklyn in lavallette ny. The house was beyond disgusting and reaked of cat piss. This was not disclosed to us that the owners had pets living there. We are highly allergic. Also a squater was living there all winter so it also smelled of cigs. Even the cleaner said it was disgusting and she could not get the smell out. The cleaner was friends with the owner.
