I left voicemails and sent emails indicated I wanted to list my 40 acres in Prentice, WI. I never heard from Birchland. Ten days later, I have no response from them. I dealt with them circa 2004 in search for land, and they were okay then, but apparently checking VM, email, and returning calls no longer sit high on their "to-do" list.
