the front office is so good very friendly and get things done quickly
The apartments are decent overall. I do think we were assigned one of the older units, as it could definitely use some updates and had several issues when we moved in. The model unit shown during the tour was in much better condition, so I wouldn't expect your apartment to look quite the same. That said, the maintenance team has been very responsive and has fixed most of the issues we've encountered so far. My 2‑bed, 2‑bath apartment at Birchfield Apartments has been a wonderful place to live. The floor plan is thoughtfully arranged, giving the home a spacious and comfortable feel. The community is quiet, the surroundings are clean, and the location is ideal for daily needs. I’ve had good experiences with maintenance and appreciate the overall quality of the living environment. It’s been a great home for me.
This community offers a great location and a wonderful living environment. The management staff is very helpful and welcoming. I am thrilled to see Wilnilda back on the team; she is always incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive to resident questions.
