Ms. Valincia was absolutely phenomenal. She made the process so seamless. She communicated every step of the way. I tend to ask a lot of questions and it didn't bother her for 1 second. She answered each question with a smile. She is friendly, professional and kind. We never had to wonder about anything. We knew what was ahead and what we needed.
