I would have enjoyed the last couple of months living here if I was younger and didn't have any respect for my home. These is trash constantly everywhere and people are so noisy. High schoolers literally walk through the apartment complex to get to the bus and just dump trash everywhere. There is also no storage space anywhere and nearly impossible to get a garage if you needed one. I tell all my friends to not rent from here or from this management.
Staff there is awful and not caring at all. Neighbors are awful and we continuously hear loud music all day and night and smell weed all the time. complaints have been made but nothing is ever done about it.
Worst place I have ever rented from and I have only been there for two months.

I have lived here for 6 months and my car was towed because the stupid tag fell off and was not visible I go get my car from towing company and it’s under the seat smh . I talk to the apartment manger and she says it’s not her problem so there for I had to pay the $175 to get my car which is crazy when this was the first night my tag wasn’t up and the office has a copy of my car information. This is poor management there was no need for the rudeness. And if your going to tow my car at least make us aware of it .
Good: The units are nice and spacious, good storage. the staff are very polite, and the maintinence workers are fantastic. Bad: By the time we moved out, we felt like they had unreasonably gouged us in every way possible. the parking rules are insane, they contract with a seriously shady towing company, and dont even inform you when they tow it. we had bugs coming in through a random wall and they didnt even care. it was so gross. it's a bummer because the building itself is nice, it just comes with a lot of annoyance
The staff is professional and very friendly. They resolve any issues promptly. I have never met an apartment staff like the ones here at Birchfield.
I have lived here for almost a year. The office staff are great. The area is quiet and safe. We are about 20 minutes from the mall. We are walking distance from movies and eateries.
I've lived at this apartment for years, and the new manager Ashley is so bad I want to move. I've asked about the lease and the pool, and every time I try to get information she responds "well you can just move if you don't like it." I have followed their stupid parking rules, paid my rent on time, and made friends with my neighbors. My car was vandalized and my property stolen and they did nothing about it. Maybe she won't be here for long.
